Cinematic look

The usual recipe is 24 or 25 frames per second with a shutter around double the frame rate, which gives motion the blur people associate with cinema. Add a wider aperture for shallow depth of field, controlled lighting with real shadow in it, a restrained grade and a wider aspect ratio.
None of it is a single setting in a menu. The biggest contributor is lighting and the second is camera movement that has a reason behind it. Creators chasing the look tend to buy a lens first when the room they film in is the actual limit.
