Trademark complaint
Also called: trademark takedown
Copyright covers a piece of work. A trademark covers the name, logo or slogan that identifies a business, so complaints about marks go through their own form and their own process at YouTube. A valid one can force a change to a channel name, a thumbnail, a title, tags or a description, and in some cases removal of the video.
It produces no copyright strike, and it is the wrong tool for a company that simply dislikes a review of its product. Marks are protected against uses that confuse people about who made or endorsed something, so discussing a brand honestly is normally fine. Passing yourself off as that brand is where these complaints succeed.
