Thumbnail text
Also called: text overlay, text on thumbnail, on-image text
The title already carries the sentence, so the words on the image exist to add what the title has no room for: the stake, the number, the twist. Repeating the title wastes the only other line you get. Size is the real constraint, since most people see a thumbnail at the width of a phone feed, and anything long enough to need reading gets skipped. If you want to know whether a set of words is earning its place, change the thumbnail and leave the title alone while you test.
