Lifetime data

Also called: lifetime, all time, since published

Studio defaults to recent windows, and switching the date range to lifetime shows everything a video has gathered since it went public. That view is useful for spotting slow burners, for seeing which older videos still bring traffic, and for revenue totals.

The trap is comparing lifetime figures across videos of different ages. A three-year-old video has had three years to accumulate, so it beats last month's on raw totals even when the newer one is performing far better for its age. Match the window before drawing any conclusion, for example the first 28 days of each.
