Live Streaming & Premieres
Live redirect
Also called: end of stream redirect, stream redirect
Set it in Studio on a scheduled stream, or in the live control room as you wrap up, and autoplay carries the audience across instead of dropping them back into the feed. Streamers use it the way Twitch users use a raid, handing a crowd to a collaborator at the end of a co-hosted event or moving viewers to their own next broadcast.
It cannot be done to a channel without permission. The receiving channel decides who is allowed to redirect into its streams through its own settings, so a redirect to someone who has not approved you will not land. Agree it in advance and warn the other streamer, because a few thousand people arriving at once changes a chat.
