Pinned chat message

Pinning puts one chat message in a banner above the scrolling feed, where it stays until it is unpinned or replaced. Only the channel owner and moderators can do it. Only one message holds the slot at a time, so pinning something new drops whatever was there. Streamers use it for the link, the rules, the current question or the giveaway conditions, all of which would otherwise scroll out of sight within seconds on a busy chat. It works on a viewer's message as well as your own, which makes it a quick way to put a good answer in front of the room.
