Anything picked up, held up or pointed at during a video. Furniture and posters behind you are set dressing, which stays put; a prop is in play. They give restless hands a job and turn an abstract idea into something visible. Scale is what to check. A tiny component held up to a wide lens at 1080p says nothing to somebody watching on a phone.
