It sits inside Studio and generates concepts tailored to the specific channel it is looking at, which is the whole point of it. The suggestions come from what your own audience engages with, so what appears on your account will look nothing like somebody else's, and it deliberately sidesteps platform-wide trends that have nothing to do with you. You can also hand it a topic and ask for ideas around that. Treat the output as a prompt, since the ideas still need your judgement.
