Outro
Also called: video outro, sign-off
An outro closes the topic and hands the viewer somewhere to go next. In practice that means a sentence wrapping up, one ask, and an end screen carrying a video and a subscribe element.
Two things keep it from costing you. Keep it short, because a 45-second sign-off is 45 seconds of runtime with nothing in it and drags your average view duration down for no return. And leave room for the end screen: elements can only sit in the final 20 seconds and the sequence has to run between 5 and 20 seconds, so something needs to be on screen while it plays. A held frame with music under it does the job.
