Qualification is measured across a rolling 30-day window and combines a follower count, hours streamed, the number of separate broadcast days and an average concurrent viewer figure. Twitch has revised those numbers more than once. Read the current targets on the achievements page in your dashboard, because the average viewer figure is the part that needs an audience and the rest come from turning up regularly.
