Call sheet

Standard on any set with more than a couple of people involved. The sheet lists the date, the location with an address people can actually navigate to, call times per person, the running order for the day, what is being shot, contact numbers and anything specific like parking, weather or wardrobe. Sending it the night before removes an entire morning of texts. Solo creators tend to work without one and mostly get away with it. Then a shoot involves a guest, a borrowed location or a second pair of hands, and the sheet becomes the cheapest thing you can produce to stop the day slipping.
