Chronically online

Used as an accusation, and usually a fair one. It describes takes that only parse if you have been marinating in one corner of the internet, and that read as bizarre to anybody who has not. Creators run into it by making videos about discourse nobody outside the feed knows happened, or by mistaking a loud reaction in one community for general opinion and then building 20 minutes on it. Anybody whose only input is their own timeline will do it eventually.
