Content pipeline

A pipeline names the stages, orders them and gives every project a current position: idea captured, idea approved, scripted, filmed, edited, packaged, scheduled. At any moment you can say where each video sits and which stage everything else is queuing behind.

Diagnosis is what it buys you. Channels that miss upload dates are usually jammed at one stage rather than short of ideas, and it is nearly always editing. Batching gets easier too, since filming three videos in a day only works if three scripts already cleared the stage in front of it.
