Shorts length limit

The cap was 60 seconds before that date, and older uploads kept the old boundary, so a 90-second vertical from 2023 stays long-form. Aspect ratio still decides it as well: anything wider than square is long-form whatever its runtime. Music complicates the picture. Most tracks in the Shorts audio library can be used for up to 90 seconds inside a three-minute Short, and some are capped tighter than that. There is also a hard consequence attached to length: any Short running over a minute that carries an active copyright claim gets blocked worldwide until the claim is sorted out.
