YouTube Creator Liaison
Also called: creator liaison
A named person inside YouTube whose job is the gap between the platform and the people publishing on it. The work runs both ways: collecting what creators are complaining about and putting it in front of the teams who build the product, then coming out publicly to explain a change, correct a rumour or say why something behaves the way it does. Most of that explaining happens in short videos and posts on YouTube's own channels. The role is a communication channel rather than an appeals desk, so it does not overturn strikes, restore monetisation or intervene on individual channels. Support and the formal appeal routes handle those.
