Hate comment

Criticism tells you something about the video. Abuse tells you something about the person typing it, which is why treating the two the same way costs creators sleep for nothing. YouTube gives you blocked words, a held-for-review queue and the ability to hide a user from your channel, and all of them work better set up in advance than reached for on a bad day.

Hand moderation to somebody else if you can. If you cannot, read comments at a fixed time, and accept that a channel reaching a wider audience collects more of this whatever it posts.
