Every streamer needs one, because the opening minutes go on waiting for people to arrive and dead air makes a poor first impression. The usual build is a looping background, the channel name, what is coming up, and a countdown. Keep it short: a screen that runs for fifteen minutes teaches your audience to arrive late, and copyrighted music playing over it can put a claim on the recording before the stream has started.
