Brand style guide

Also called: brand kit, style guide

A working one for a creator is short: two typefaces with the weights you use, a handful of colour values written as hex codes, the logo with the space that must stay clear around it, and a couple of thumbnail layouts to reuse. Its job is speed and recall. Decisions get made once instead of every upload, and a viewer scrolling a feed recognises your thumbnail before they read the title. It only pays off if you actually stick to it, which is why the shortest guide someone will follow beats a thorough one nobody opens.
