Audience, Community & Membership

Circle

Also called: Circle.so

It gives you discussion spaces, member profiles, events, courses and paid membership tiers on your own subdomain or a custom domain, with billing handled inside the platform. Creators pick it over a free chat server when the community is a product with a price on it and conversation needs to still be findable months later.

The trade is honest enough. You pay a monthly fee, and members have to be persuaded to visit somewhere new, which is a real cost when your audience already lives in an app they leave open all day. The spaces that work give people a reason to return on a schedule.
