Dynamic brand insertion

Vendors analyse a finished video frame by frame for lighting, angle and surfaces, then composite in a can on the desk or a poster on the wall so that it tracks with the shot. The appeal for advertisers is buying placements across a back catalogue instead of commissioning a shoot, and for creators it is revenue from work already published. Contracts normally give the creator approval over what appears. It is still paid promotion, so the video needs the paid-promotion disclosure and, in the UK, an ad label a viewer can see, whether or not the brand was in the room on the day.
