Open YouTube without searching for anything and the home feed is what loads. It is built per viewer from watch history, subscription activity and what similar viewers went on to watch, so two people who follow the same channels still see different grids. In YouTube Studio, traffic arriving from it is reported under Browse features. Creators misread it constantly by opening their own feed, spotting their latest upload near the top, and deciding the distribution is fine. Your own feed is the least representative sample you have access to, because YouTube already knows you watch your own channel.
