Channel Sections
Also called: featured sections, homepage sections, shelves
The channel homepage is built out of stacked rows. Each row is a section you choose: a featured video, a playlist, your Shorts, your live streams, a shelf of other channels. The order gets set in Studio's customisation screen, and it matters, because a visitor who does not scroll sees only the first two rows.
Most channels leave this on the default. That loses the one page where a stranger decides whether to subscribe. Put the video that best explains what you do at the top, and the playlist you most want binged underneath it.
