Also called: Google key moments, chapters in search
Key moments are the timestamped links Google Search puts under a video result so a searcher can jump to the relevant section instead of the start. For a video hosted on YouTube, Google can build them from the timestamps in your description, and it will also try to detect segments on its own. Self-hosted video needs Clip or SeekToAction structured data on the page to get the same treatment, and the video has to run at least 30 seconds and be watchable without a login. Chapters and key moments get conflated. Chapters are a YouTube player feature; key moments are what Google chooses to surface in its own results.
