Personal brand
Strip away the logo and the channel art and something is left: what people expect from you, what subject they associate with your name, and how you tend to behave when something goes wrong. That is the personal brand, and it exists whether or not anybody manages it. For creators it is the asset that moves between platforms. A channel is stuck on YouTube while a reputation walks to a podcast or a company. The common error is treating it as a set of visual choices, when the parts that travel are a point of view and a record of being reliable.
