Tap reply on a comment in the mobile app, choose the Short option, and the comment appears as a movable card you can position in the recording. Published, the Short links back to the original thread.
It exists because Shorts are strong for reach and weak for the back and forth that turns viewers into an audience, so the format gets a way to hold a conversation. It solves the blank page problem too, since a good question sitting in your comments is an idea with proven interest already attached to it.
