Deliverables

Also called: deliverable, assets due

Deliverables are the spec of the deal, written down. A tight list names the format and length of each piece, where it goes, how long a dedicated segment runs, how many rounds of revisions the brand gets, when everything is due, how long it must stay up, and what usage rights the brand holds if it wants to run the footage as an advert. Vagueness here is where deals go wrong. "A YouTube video and some social" turns into three rounds of notes, a Reel nobody priced, and a paid-usage clause you agreed to without noticing. Price each item separately so extras get quoted instead of absorbed.
