A PO box or a forwarding address is the only sensible way to accept it, because publishing a home address hands your location to the small fraction of any audience you do not want having it. Most services cost a few pounds a month and hold parcels until collection.

Opening it on camera works because the outcome is genuinely unknown and because it gives the audience a way to appear in the video. The risks are worth naming: unsolicited parcels can contain anything, gifted products can pull you into disclosure rules the moment you talk about them, and a treat becomes an obligation once people are posting things every week. Say early what you will and will not open.
