Make-good

Also called: makegood, remedy post, re-run

Lifted from the advertising world, where a campaign that under-delivers against a guarantee gets topped up rather than refunded. On a creator contract it usually means a bonus post, an extra Short, or extending how long a link stays live, triggered when a view or click guarantee is missed. Creators generally prefer it to handing money back. The clause needs two limits though: a cap on how much extra work it can demand, and a deadline by which the brand has to call it. Guarantee what you will publish and keep audience behaviour out of the contract, and the clause never fires.
