Podcast playlist

In YouTube Studio you take an existing playlist, open its menu, set it as a podcast, then add show details and a square cover image. The flag changes how YouTube treats the content. The channel gains a Podcasts tab, watch pages show a podcast badge, and the episodes become available in YouTube Music, where people can listen with the screen off. Analytics group by show as well as by episode. Not everything qualifies, and content you do not own is excluded. Marking a playlist this way handles YouTube only, so distribution to Apple and Spotify still runs through a separate podcast host.
