Rate card
Also called: rates sheet, pricing sheet
A rate card sets out what you charge for each item you sell: a dedicated video, a 60-second integration, a Short, a bundle, plus add-ons like usage rights, exclusivity and extra approval rounds. Its real function is negotiating position. Being asked for a rate and replying the same day looks like somebody who has done this before. Nothing on the card is fixed, and brands with bigger budgets pay above it.
