Usage buyout

Also called: buyout, content buyout

A standard brand deal licenses the video for a defined use: your channel, your audience, for a set time. A buyout is what the brand pays when it wants more, whether that means running the footage as a paid advert, posting it on their own accounts, or keeping it live for good.

Price it as a separate line. The extra use is worth far more to the brand than the original post, so folding it into the fee gives it away. Perpetual and all-media terms are the ones to watch, since you cannot sell the same footage twice.
